World Cup fever

ony Europe has appointed iris to launch a 3D fan experience at the International FIFATM Fan Festivals, to leverage its official partnership of the world's first 3D FIFA World CupTM in June and July.

The festivals will take place in Mexico City Paris, Rio, Berlin, Sydney and Rome and aims to recreate the excitement and energy of the FIFA World CupTM in South Africa.

At each International FIFATM Fan Festival, iris' experiential arm iris Experience will create a 3D experience where visitors will be able to watch World Cup match highlights in 3D, as well as sample Sony 3D content on the latest Bravia screens.

Toby Shaw, head of sponsorship, Sony Europe, said: "Our presence at the International FIFATM Fan Festivals is a great opportunity to reach football fans all over the world and bring them into the heart of the World Cup through our products. iris Experience is one of the very few global experiential agencies who we can partner to deliver this."
